Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refund Policy

All purchases made on the Scholaro platform are final and non-refundable. Once a user has successfully subscribed, purchased access, or registered for any paid program, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Non-usage of the platform
  • Accidental purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with services
  • Technical incompatibility on the user's device
Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel future subscriptions (if applicable) at any time. However:

  • Cancellation will not entitle the user to any refund for payments already made.
  • Access to services will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.
Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where duplicate transactions occur due to payment gateway errors, Scholaro reserves the right to review and resolve such issues at its discretion.

Use of the Platform

Scholaro provides educational tools designed to help students improve practice discipline and exam readiness. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.

Users must not:

  • Misuse the platform
  • Attempt to disrupt platform operations
  • Share login credentials with unauthorized users
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission
Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Scholaro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.
Intellectual Property

All content on the Scholaro platform, including but not limited to the following, is the intellectual property of Scholaro and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission:

  • Questions
  • Study material
  • Platform design
  • Branding and logos
Limitation of Liability

Scholaro provides tools intended to assist students in exam preparation. However, we do not guarantee academic results or examination outcomes.

Scholaro shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Modifications

Scholaro reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the platform or services without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra, India.
